Legally, the wife can request a divorce from the court in the following cases:
1. Divorce due to the husband's assault
2. Divorce for abandoning the wife
3. Divorce for the husband's travel
4. Divorce to imprison the husband
5. Divorce for not spending
6. Divorce to strengthen division and disagreement
7. Also marrying another wife
In the event that the wife obtains a divorce judgment, the wife shall take the deferred dowry and the expenses of the mut`a and the waiting period if she claimed it in the lawsuit.
